Google My Business. (GMB) Google My Business is a free and easy-to-use tool for businesses and organizations to manage their online presence across Google, including Search and Maps. The best way to have some form of control over the displayed information is to have a verified Google My Business profile. You can easily set this up yourself but there is no guarantee a business’s information will appear in the Knowledge Panel, but you might already be listed and Google determines this using variety of factors.  This session provides a comprehensive instruction and tips on best practices from claiming to setting up your GMB integrating your business into Google search so you can get the best results.
